Conejo Card FAQ

The Conejo Card is the result of a journey through the use of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in everyday commerce. After experiences with various platforms that aim to connect both worlds, and attempts to encourage direct use and acceptance of cryptocurrencies, we decided to “bring the mountain to Mohammed” and build a structure that reflects who we are: comprehensive, no KYC required, and with fair fees.

Yes, security is our top priority. All cards come with 3DS (3D Secure) authentication for online transactions, bank-level encryption, and can be issued without KYC (Know Your Customer) for maximum privacy. Your funds and personal information are protected with industry-leading security measures.

Simply create your account, accept the terms and conditions, fill in the card details, select the currency you will send, and your card will be ready shortly afterward. Wait 60 minutes to add it to your Google Pay or Apple Pay and use it normally in your daily life.

It is not mandatory. You can use our service without KYC for privacy purposes. KYC will only be required if you need higher card limits, for regulatory compliance reasons.

We have a simple fee system: For using USDT or USDC, $5 + 4.5% of the deposited balance when creating the card, and $1 + 4.5% when reloading it with additional funds.

No. We believe in price transparency. All fees are clearly listed on our fees page. There are no hidden charges, such as payment failures, usage fees, or similar.

The Conejo Card allows a maximum balance of $4,000. It is possible to make cumulative top-ups of up to $10,000 per month, and the monthly spending limit is $1,000,000.

At present, only Uber, Uber Eats, and gas stations do not accept payments through our cards. Other establishments accept it normally. Online purchases also work without any issues.

No, but if you save the page to your device’s home screen, the interface behaves like a mobile app.
